Tech Talks in Military Park with Code for Newark

Tech Talks take place on Mondays from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM. This program will resume on August 21st in the Military Park Reading Room.

Military Park Partnership and the Newark's Office of Information Technology are launching the second annual Tech Talk series in Military Park. The goal of the program is to engage local residents, office workers, and students in discussions on technology. Each week, there will be different panelists from large tech companies and small startup organizations speaking about the changing tech world in Newark. After the panel, there will be demonstrations of new tech devices ranging from a Tesla to a phone app with free giveaways included! The end of the program will be dedicated to networking time so that Newarkers in the tech community can meet each other and socialize over drinks at the outdoor bar at Burg in Military Park.
