Laughter Yoga with Poonam

This program runs from May 19th - July 7th and August 18th - September 29th.

Laughter Yoga meets every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 12:15 PM - 1 PM on the Meditation Lawn in Military Park. Laughter Yoga is a new exercise concept of simulated laughter combined with gentle Yoga breathing techniques. It is a new revolution in body-mind medicine that teaches the body to laugh without depending on jokes or humor. It is nonpolitical, non-religious, and non-competitive. It is easy, fun, and anybody can do it. Self-induced, simulated laughter is easily converted into real contagious laughter when you do it in a group. Come join us on Fridays in the park!
