Birthday Parties at the Carousel

Military Park offers a number of Carousel birthday party packages.

Military Park Carousel Parties

Carousel Birthday Party Packages

Carousel Party Package: $200 minimum for up to 12 children

Have your party during regular carousel operating hours (11 AM – 7 PM) where your child and their guests can ride for an unlimited number of rides for one hour. During this hour, the carousel remains open to the public. The party group will be given a reserved area near the carousel with tables and chairs to accommodate the party for an hour and a half (to allow for food/cake before or after the hour of rides).

 

·         12 children or fewer guests at the party: $200 (this is the minimum fee for a carousel party)

·         Each additional child: $15 each

·         If you would like Military Park to provide arts and crafts activities at the party: additional $150

 

Exclusive Carousel Party Package: $500 minimum for up to 12 children

Have your party before the carousel opens from 10 AM – 11 AM, or after the carousel closes, from 7 PM – 8 PM, where your guests have the exclusive right to ride the carousel for an unlimited number of rides for an hour. The party group will be given a reserved area near the carousel with tables and chairs to accommodate the party for an hour and a half (to allow for food/cake before or after the hour of rides).

 

·         12 kids or fewer at the party: $500 (this is the minimum fee for a carousel party after hours)

·         Each additional child: $30 each

·         If you would like Military Park to provide arts and crafts activities at the party: additional $150

Policies and Regulations:

·         In case of inclement weather, you may reschedule your party within twelve calendar months.

·         Other events/programs may occur at other locations in Military Park at the same time as your party.

·         Use of the party space beyond the reserved time of 90 minutes will be charged at $100 per half hour.

·         If you want to hold a party before 10 AM or after 8 PM it will cost an additional $400 on top of the $200 base fee per hour.

·         Party dates are secured upon receipt of your $100 non-refundable deposit together with a signed contract.

·         The carousel is open to the public when parties take place during regular operating hours.

·         The carousel party is for one birthday child. There is an additional charge if more than one non-sibling child is celebrating a birthday.

·         Client is responsible for removal of all party debris.

·         The child count includes anyone under the age of 16.

·         Military Park reserves the right to use any photos taken at the party.

·         Military Park management must approve outside entertainment and there is a site charge of $100.

·         Military Park will provide one person on the premises for your celebration.

·         Military Park staff is not responsible for behavior of children. For safety reasons, adequate supervision must be provided at all times. Military Park recommends one adult per seven children.

·         Military Park does not permit balloons or styrofoam products.

·         Military Park supplies litter bags to collect party debris.

·         Military Park does not accept any 3rd party vouchers or discounts for parties.

·         Unpaid balance is due on the day of the party prior to commencement of festivities. Please make checks payable to Military Park Partnership.
